NABCEP offers certifications and credentials for skilled professionals, specialists and those new to working in the areas of photovoltaics, solar heating, and small wind technologies.

Established in 1977, the Florida Solar Industries Association (FlaSEIA) is a non-profit trade association dedicated to protecting and promoting the interests of the solar energy industry in Florida.

SELF’s mission is to rebuild and empower underserved communities by providing access to affordable and innovative financing for sustainable property improvements, with the primary focus on energy efficiency, renewable energy, and climate resilience in low- and moderate-income (LMI) neighborhoods.

The Solar Ready Vets® Network (SRVN) is a solar workforce development program funded by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Solar Energy Technologies Office (SETO) that connects veterans, transitioning military service members, and military spouses with career training, professional development, and employment opportunities in the solar industry.

On its beautifully landscaped 30 acre campus located in the heart of Fort Myers, Fort Myers Technical College provides students with industry-standard technology and equipment in all classrooms and labs. FMTC provides an education that enables students to become productive members of the workforce and community. Their instructors are licensed and certified teaching professionals.

The Lee BIA is chartered by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and is an affiliate of the Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA), giving members three memberships in one.
